1. Who we are
PaidTok is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok, ByteDance, pump.fun, Solana, X, or UsePaid. Trademarks belong to their owners.
2. What the service does
PaidTok claims creator fees that token deployers direct to its treasury, reserves 80% of each claim for the TikTok handle named by the deployer, and uses 20% to buy and burn $PAIDTOK after execution costs. Creators withdraw by verifying their TikTok account and providing a Solana wallet they control.
3. Permissionless launches
Anyone can launch a token on a supported venue and name any handle. PaidTok does not review, approve, or vet deployers or tokens. Listing a token on this site means only that its fees route to the PaidTok treasury and that a handle was parsed from its description. It is not an endorsement by PaidTok or by the named creator.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Presenting a token as official, endorsed, or operated by a creator who did not agree to that.
- Impersonating any person or account, including on TikTok, to claim fees.
- Fraud, market manipulation, or any use that violates a venue's rules.
- Interfering with the claim, verification, or escrow systems.
PaidTok may delist tokens, refuse claims, and freeze escrow where it reasonably suspects any of the above.
5. Creators
You must control the TikTok account you verify and the wallet you provide. PaidTok does not create or hold wallets for you. Withdrawals are final once the transaction is confirmed. You may opt out at any time; the effects are described on the opt-out page.
6. No custody beyond escrow
Reserved fees are held in escrow only until claim, opt-out, the published timeout, or buy-and-burn under the published rule. PaidTok does not offer accounts, interest, or deposit services.
7. No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Fees depend on trading volume, which may be zero. Software can fail. Venues can change their fee rules. PaidTok provides the service as is, without warranties.
8. Your jurisdiction
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use PaidTok where doing so is unlawful.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PaidTok is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost fees, lost tokens, or losses caused by third-party venues, wallets, or networks.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Continued use means acceptance.
